Three short films on Japanese themes, made with free tools only: AI image generation for the key shots, then edited, captioned (JA + EN) and scored in a scripted pipeline. Each film is 25 seconds. Review copies are rendered at full quality.
どれも無料の手段だけで制作。キーカットをAI画像生成し、動き・日英字幕・音をスクリプトで組み立てています。
1. Four Seasons of Tokyo
東京の四季
Spring on the Sumida, a summer shower at a big crossing, a ginkgo avenue in autumn, snow around a lit tower. One city, four moods.
隅田川の桜、夕立のあとの交差点、銀杏並木、雪の夜。ひとつの街の四つの表情。
2. Taisho Romance x Future
大正ロマン × 未来
A gaslit Taisho-era street slowly becomes a future one: hologram lanterns, flying trams, brass machines wired with fiber optics, airships over a brick station.
ガス灯の大正の街が、光の提灯や空飛ぶ電車の未来へ変わっていく。
3. Showa Retro Shopping Street
昭和レトロ商店街
Dusk in a covered shopping arcade: paper lanterns, red lanterns reflected in puddles after rain, then the whole street lights up.
黄昏の商店街。紙提灯、雨上がりの水たまりに映る赤提灯、そして通りに灯りがともる。
Workflow 制作手順
- Concept and shot list - three to four connected shots per film, a fixed colour palette and no readable text or faces in the frame, so results stay consistent. 企画とカット割り（1本4カット・色調固定）
- Image generation - Antigravity (agy) image generator for each shot, then every frame is reviewed by eye and regenerated if broken. キー画像の生成と目視チェック
- Motion and edit - Python (Pillow + NumPy) renders slow camera moves, cross-dissolves and title cards; ffmpeg encodes H.264. 動きとつなぎ
- Captions - Japanese + English lower-thirds burned in. 日英字幕
- Sound - a synthesized ambient pad (ffmpeg), no third-party music. 効果音は自作の環境音のみ
- Quality check - frames exported and inspected for artefacts (hands, faces, garbled text) before delivery. 破綻チェック
